Website Handover Agreement
This agreement is made between Dragon Tech Wales and {name-1} (“the Client”).

By signing this digital form, you acknowledge and confirm the following:

1. Acceptance of Website Design and Content

As of {date-1}, you confirm that you are satisfied with the design, layout, and content of your website as delivered by Dragon Tech Wales. You accept the website in its current form and understand that the project is considered launch complete.

You further acknowledge that from this point forward, you are not entitled to any form of refund or compensation. You accept that the product you are receiving meets your expectations and project requirements.

2. Future Amendments and Changes

You agree that Dragon Tech Wales may carry out reasonable amendments to the live website after handover. These include:

• Minor wording changes

• Image replacements

• Addition or removal of small content sections

Any major updates—such as full redesigns, structural changes, or significant content overhauls—will require a new quote and a pre-agreed fee before any work begins.

3. Post-Launch Services (Complimentary)

Dragon Tech Wales will provide the following as a goodwill gesture, free of charge:

• {number-1} of basic website hosting

• 1 year of domain registration

• {number-2} of basic web support (covering small fixes and reasonable content updates)

• Up to 6 hours of training for up to 12 people, covering website management and usage. This can be delivered on-site or at an alternative agreed venue, subject to availability.
  
  Please note: If the training is not scheduled and completed within the support period, this offer will expire alongside the support window.

These services are delivered via trusted third-party providers. While we make every effort to ensure continuity, Dragon Tech Wales is not liable if a third-party provider discontinues or restricts access to any services. These post-launch services are not contractual entitlements, but complimentary gifts, and their availability cannot be guaranteed.
